The seller of the services and goods offered here is Bars and Tables Event Staffing (“we”, “us”). By continuing to use the site, place an order, submit a booking request, or pay a lead fee, you agree to these terms.

You confirm that you are of legal age to enter a contract, and that where you act for an organization you have authority to bind it. You agree to provide accurate information, to keep it current, and to keep your account credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account.

We provide event staffing matching between clients and independent hospitality professionals and paid lead access for professionals. Quotes, calculators, and lead values shown on the site are estimates until confirmed in writing.

You must not use the service to:

• break any applicable law or regulation;
• commit fraud, send spam, or misrepresent your identity or credentials;
• infringe the intellectual property or privacy rights of others;
• interfere with security — including malware, probing, scraping, or circumventing technical limits;
• resell, redistribute, or reverse engineer any part of the platform.

We retain ownership of the platform and everything in it, including software, documentation, photography, written material, branding, and the character and design canon. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service within the plan you have selected. Content you submit remains yours; you grant us a limited license to host and process it solely to provide the service.

We work to keep the service available and accurate, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance. To the fullest extent permitted by law, implied warranties including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose are disclaimed.

Clients pay Bars and Tables nothing. Posting a request, receiving quotes, messaging and hiring are free, and payment for the work itself is agreed and settled directly between the client and the professional, away from this site. We take no commission, no deposit and no percentage of any job.

Professionals pay a single lead fee when they claim a lead after their first three free leads, never more than $22. There is no subscription and no lead package. Lead fees are processed by Stripe, our payment processor, which handles authorization, invoices and tax compliance where applicable. When a lead fee is credited or refunded is set out in our Lead Fee Refunds policy.

We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these terms, non-payment, a security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. On termination your right to use the service ends; where practical we will provide a reasonable window to export your data before deletion.

Bars and Tables may be used only to hire and work as legitimate event staff. Adult, escort, companionship-for-pay or sexual services, nudity, drugs and any illegal activity are prohibited, as described in our Community Standards. We may screen, refuse or remove any profile, request, photo or message, and suspend or permanently remove any account, at our discretion and without refund of lead fees where the standards were broken.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim. We exclude indirect, consequential, and special damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Nothing here excludes liability for fraud, death, or personal injury where the law does not permit exclusion.

You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your content, your unlawful use of the service, or your breach of these terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the state in which Bars and Tables Event Staffing is established, and disputes will be heard by the courts of that jurisdiction. You may not assign your rights without our consent; we may assign in connection with a merger or acquisition. Neither party is liable for delay caused by events beyond reasonable control. We may update these terms; continued use after an update constitutes acceptance.
