Cancelling

Cancel any time from My workspace → Billing, in one click, with no call or email needed. Your plan stays active until the end of the month you have paid for and does not renew.

Refunds

If you are unhappy with your first paid month, ask within [to be confirmed: refund window days] days of the first charge for a full refund. After that, fees already paid are not refunded, except where the law requires or where we failed to provide the service.

The free look is always free.

Third-party costs

Money you authorize us to spend with other providers on your behalf is governed by that provider's terms and is not refundable by Handled once spent.
