Customers want to call. You don't have to buy anything.
- Easiest: use the cell phone you already have.
- Want your personal number kept private? Get a free Google Voice number. It rings your phone.
- Put that number on your website in Step 4.
We never sell you a phone line. Your number stays yours forever.
Step 3 · About 3 minutes
Your business email
An email with your business name makes you look established.
- Open My workspace → Your mailboxes.
- Choose: use an email you already have, or ask for a new one like quotes@yourbusiness.com.
- Handled includes 1 mailbox, Plus includes 3, Complete includes 5.
If you ask for a new one, we set it up and email you when it's ready. You read it on your phone like normal.
Step 4 · About 10 minutes
Your website
A link you can text anyone, so they can see your work.
- Open My workspace → Your website.
- Type your business name and what you do. Short is fine.
- Turn it on. It comes with every plan — nothing extra to pay.
No domain? No problem. You get a working link right away.
Step 5 · As long as you like
Your photos
People hire who they can see. Photos do the talking for you.
- Take photos of finished jobs with your phone.
- Before-and-after pairs work great.
- Add a photo of your license or insurance card if you have one.
Phone photos are perfect. You can add more any day.
Step 6 · We handle it
Getting paid
Asking for money is awkward. Let Handled do the reminding.
- Approve the “chase unpaid invoices” item on your map.
- We send polite reminders in your name.
- You get paid. You don't have to say a word.
Nothing is sent until you say yes.
Questions people ask
Will my customers see the name Handled?
No. Every email, website and message shows your business name and your brand only.
Does Handled answer my phone or send a person?
No. Handled is software. Anything that needs a person goes straight to you, or to someone on your team you choose.
I don't read well. Can I still use this?
Yes. Your phone can read any page out loud (on iPhone: Settings → Accessibility → Spoken Content; on Android: Select to Speak). You can also talk instead of type on most phones.
What if I get distracted halfway?
Close it. Come back later. Everything is saved where you left it.
What does a credit mean?
One credit is one task we do for you, like one reminder sent. Your plan comes with a set number each month.
Do I need a website domain?
No. You get a working link right away. If you buy one later (like johnsplumbing.com), we help you connect it.
Can I stop?
Yes, any month, in one click. No contract.
