The relationship
When a customer authorizes Handled to coordinate an outside provider, the provider's contract is with the customer. The provider is independent — not Handled's employee or agent — and is responsible for its own licences, insurance, taxes and work.
Handled does not vet, license, certify or guarantee providers.
Information
Providers may use customer information only to do the job and must keep it confidential and delete it afterwards.
