Prices

The Free Scan is $0. Handled is $99 a month, Handled Plus is $199 a month and Handled Complete is $499 a month. Prices are in US dollars and exclude any applicable sales tax, which is shown before you pay.

Monthly credits

Each paid plan includes a monthly allowance of credits: 50 on Handled, 150 on Handled Plus and 500 on Handled Complete. One credit is one task you hand over to us.

Allowances reset at the start of each calendar month and unused credits do not carry over. When your allowance is used, new work pauses until you add a pack of 25 credits ($20, or $15 on Handled Complete) or move to a higher plan. Packs are one-time purchases, used within the month you buy them. We never charge for extra work you haven't paid for in advance.

Automatic renewal

Paid plans renew automatically every month at the price shown at checkout, and your card is charged on the same date each month until you cancel. We email a reminder before renewal where the law requires, and tell you in advance of any price change.

How payment works

Payments are processed by Stripe. Handled never sees or stores your full card number. Handled bills through its own Stripe account, separate from every other business under the same owner.

If a payment fails, we will let you know and try again; work pauses if payment is not made.

What Handled is not

Handled does not hold customer money, does not act as an escrow agent, bank or money transmitter, and does not pay third parties from your funds.
