In short: Exactly what it means when you tell Handled to act for you.
Scope
Your Authorization settings define what Handled may do: research only, draft only, recommend, ask first, or carry out automatically — with limits on spending, messages, payments, third parties and data access. Handled will never go beyond them.
High-risk actions
Spending, payments, contacting new people and sharing data with third parties always need your approval unless you have explicitly turned on automatic approval for high-risk actions.
Revoking
You can revoke all authority in one click. Every approval, decline and revocation is permanently recorded with the time.
Your responsibility
Anything sent or done under your authorization is sent or done on behalf of your business. Please review what you approve.
